PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Our automotive fleece flannel tape is a soft textile flannel fabric tape with strong self-adhesive backing, specially designed for automotive wire harness wrapping, vibration damping and noise reduction. It effectively eliminates rattling, squeaking and friction noise generated by wires rubbing against car interior plastic panels, metal brackets and body parts while providing excellent abrasion protection for wiring looms.
Made of dense soft flannel fleece fabric with flexible adhesive backing, the tape is highly conformable to curved wiring shapes, resistant to aging, temperature fluctuation and friction. It stays firmly bonded in long-term vehicle use, reduces abnormal interior noise, protects wire insulation, and improves overall vehicle driving comfort. Widely used in car door, dashboard, chassis, interior trim and engine compartment wiring harness applications.
Available in standard black color and multiple widths, easy hand tear for fast wrapping and repair.

Proper adhesive formula avoids damaging interior plastic trim, and leaves minimal residue when removed (not recommended for permanent long-term fixed delicate surfaces).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean wiring harness surface to remove dust, grease and moisture, ensure dry and clean for best adhesion.
Step 2: Tear & Wrap
Hand tear fleece tape to desired length, wrap tightly along the wire harness with slight overlap, ensure full contact between tape and cable surface.
Step 3: Focus on Friction Points
Add extra wrapping at positions where wires contact plastic clips, sharp edges and metal brackets for key noise reduction.
Step 4: Press Firmly
Press the tape fully to ensure no air bubbles, preventing movement and vibration during vehicle driving.
