PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Our PET polyester cloth duct tape is a heavy-duty industrial tape woven from high-strength polyester (PET) fabric, coated with premium acrylic or rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive. It features ultra-high tensile strength, excellent abrasion resistance, flexible conformability, and optional waterproof/ flame retardant formulas, suitable for automotive wiring harness wrapping, industrial bundling, pipe repair, construction fixing, stage carpet fixing and general maintenance applications.
This rugged cloth tape can be hand torn easily without cutting tools, while resisting tearing lengthwise. It bonds firmly to rough surfaces including metal, plastic, wood, concrete and fabric, delivering long-lasting adhesion under vibration, temperature cycling and humid environments. Automotive grade versions provide superior noise reduction, abrasion protection and thermal stability for engine bay wiring looms.
Available in multiple colors, widths and thicknesses, it can be customized for die-cutting, slitting and bulk spool formats to fit automated production and hand application scenarios.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean the target surface, remove dust, grease and moisture to ensure a dry, clean substrate for maximum adhesion.
Step 2: Tear & Apply
Tear the tape to the required length by hand or cut with scissors. Press firmly along the entire surface, especially edges and curves, to eliminate air bubbles.
Step 3: Conform & Secure
Wrap tightly around wiring, hoses or objects, apply consistent pressure for full contact. For vibration-heavy applications, overlap wrap for enhanced durability.
Step 4: Removal
Remove slowly at a shallow angle when required. For long-term applications, gentle heating may help clean removal.
